Introduction
FW-250 is a reliable and affordable VTOL fixed-wing plane designed for long-range inspection, survey, aerial photography, agriculture, search and rescue and public safety applications. As a fixed-wing UAV with VTOL and hover capabilities, the FW-250 features a modular airframe that can be set up in less than 10 minutes, does not require runway or catapult to get airborne. Once in the air, the aircraft transitions to horizontal flight as a push-prop fixed-wing.

Due to its modular airframe design, FW-250 can be set up in less than 10 minutes by a single man.
Long flight time
FW-250 airframe is using light-weight and high strength composite material, which will enable the fixed-wing plane to fly up to 2 hours with 2KG payload, at an average cruising speed of 75KM/H.
Compass calibration-free (optional)
The pilot does not need to do compass calibration on the VTOL UAV, saving lots of time in emergency tasks. Furthermore, the fixed-wing VTOL won’t get affected by surrounding electromagnetic interference (EMI) anymore since the compass is replaced by DGPS, significantly improving the VTOL flight stability in the air.
Follow Me feature (optional)
Sometimes the flight platform, like a boat or a vehicle, has to move around after the drone takes off to carry out a mission. Then, in this case, the drone should have the ability to follow the moving flight platform and land when the task is over.
No piloting skills needed
The LAUNCH ground control software that FW-250 VTOL drone uses is developed for beginners, so a pilot without any flight experience can fly the drone well.
Versatile airborne platform
Thanks to its excellent stability and powerful payload-lift capability, FW-250 VTOL can be used in mapping, search, rescue, and surveillance applications. For mapping application, the VTOL supports these mapping cameras: SONY RX1R-II/A7R/A6000/A5100 camera and oblique camera. As to surveillance, it supports these cameras: 3-axis 30x zoom camera / 2-axis 30x zoom camera (for daytime missions), 3-axis 30x EO/IR camera / 2-axis 30x EO/IR camera (for daytime and nighttime missions).
